Hello Utopians, my name is Emanuel Lüber and I am a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Utopia Music. I work here with the mission to increase Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace. Our goal is clear: Make Utopia as colorful as life really is.

Born in Schaffhausen, CH and raised in the Black Forest in Germany, I started playing football and tennis from early on. That my passion for tennis turned into a tennis scholarship to study in Florida and at Duke University in North Carolina was a true blessing. After living in New York for a few months, I started working at Accenture in Zurich, before moving into Tech Recruitment at Allegis Group, the 3rd largest global staffing provider.

I love hiking in the beautiful alps and I am always up for a deep conversation around philosophy, spirituality or sports.

Now I want to help Utopia attract the brightest IT Engineering talent and am optimistic that we will, considering the exciting story that is unfolding here at Utopia.
